This is the first season DH and I have watched “So You Think You Can Dance”. We had the opportunity to see Hanna Lee Sakakibara perform and give her testimony, so we started watching this season. She was the dancer who survived the horrible Israeli tragedy when a 3-story wedding hall collapsed leaving the guests in pile of rubble. Her story was very touching.

Last night, I wasn’t surprised by the bottom three couples, but I was surprised that the judges sent Ricky home. He seemed like one of the dancers with huge potential. But then again, they all are. I think he and Ashley were at a disadvantage with their pairing for their performance this week. Her heels caused them to appear disproportionate. It’s a shame because they did a beautiful job nonetheless.

I don’t have any distinct favorites yet, but I am pulling for B-Boy Dominic and Hok. Gotta love me some Asian boys! Cedric also won my heart as he “danced for his life” and stated he was “holding back tears”.
