(or so I thought) I watched the contest, and aren't we all soooo fortunate as to have Amy? She doesn't just make it "look" easy, she makes it easy! I am now grabbing pen & paper and thinking I could cook with endive, (of all things) and so much more. The Food Channel has become one of my "go to's" when I'm blue. But, Amy, you make me feel young again, & capable of wowing someone without feeling overwhelmed & under qualified. Thank you, thank you Amy & Food Network. When's your cookbook coming out???
