For someone who watches bullrun, this show made me interested. At first it was hard to follow what was going on, but as it went i really started to like the show. I am looking forward to watching it monday night.

all i gotta say is, about time. i was amazed at who was in the bottom 3 this week. i was also just confounded that the bobble head is finally gone.

I agree – Jordin was good but to say it was the best on the stage this season? And ever? That’s a little over the top! I think the judges were just in a good mood tonight since Sanjaya was gone.

Oh. I’m with you, I could hardly put it into words b/c it was just so much HUGE long-term stuff. My big big question is WHO ARE THE HOSTILES? How is it possible that little Ben could turn into the leader of the Hostiles? And plan a genocide? So weird. I recapped, too.

I’m not surprised, when the going got tough, that the lead characters of the show all became somewhat more “heroic”. Charlie, in my mind, needed this redemption (especially after basically murdering Ethan in Season 1).
So many mysteries, and only 9 more months until it returns!
Such a good finale! February can’t come too soon!

I didn’t blog about Heroes. I’ve been blogging about Survivor and I’m about to do Pushing Daisies for the Disney Blog!
Anyway, I have the same questions as you about Heroes–what are the parent’s special powers? I know Hiro’s dad can fight like a samurai, but that wasn’t “hero” power.
My dh thinks the eyes Molly was seeing in her dreams were the eyes of the dead people the girl from Honduras killed. Remember the blood running out the side? Hmmm…

I am a 68 yr old “great-gramma’, who had cooked her last! (or so I thought) I watched the contest, and aren’t we all soooo fortunate as to have Amy?
She doesn’t just make it “look” easy, she makes it easy! I am now grabbing pen & paper and thinking I could cook with endive, (of all things) and so much more.
The Food Channel has become one of my “go to’s” when I’m blue. But, Amy, you make me feel young again, & capable of wowing someone without feeling overwhelmed & under qualified.

Have you seen Powerless, the last episode for volume 2? It answered most of your questions I think. Except for the older generation’s abilities. Like Peter and Nathan’s parents and Hiro’s dad. They never really revealed it. Do you have any theories? Oh and yeah, I too would like to know the significance of that symbol. I’ve read articles saying that it’s a DNA strand. Because you know, the heroes are all genetically evolved.
I think this is the best show in the world, You guys &gals touch so many people . My wife and my five little girls and I watch this show every week and tears come to my eyes and theirs, We always wish it would be my mom (grandma) on the show, She has nothing and I mean nothing, She lives in a milk house W/a little kerosene heater to keep warm, Her bathroom is a five galon bucket. I don’t want you to help her because she will not let you, She says their are other people that need help more than her. It just touches us to see people that need help getting it because we know what it is like. To watch people go without like my mom is terrable

But I saw both his “liners” (the other being “Doing what I always do, Kate…) in previews. Was disappointed there wasn’t more.

I love crime shows: CSI, Numb3rs, NCIS, etc. I’m also a Jeopardy! fan (we DVR it every night). The only reality show I watch is The Biggest Loser.

Good rundown. We had lots of the same thoughts. The more I think about it, the more I think Jin is alive on the island (Sun wants her ring, she calls for him, the tombstone date, she says she misses him). I think the Oceanic 6 did something terrible on the Island and now Jin is one of them left behind.
Great roundup of the good and the strange of last night’s episode. Just like “oh amanda”, I’m also wondering if the Oceanic 6 are just those that chose to get off the island for one reason or another – or are truly the survivors of some sort of catastrophe.
It would seem a very dark ending indeed if the entire set of characters dies and Jack, Kate, Sayid, Hurley, Aaron, and Sun are all that will remain at the end of the series. Would Sun have taken Hurley to a tombstone though? It seems like if they both knew Jin were still alive, they wouldn’t have gone to a tombstone to grieve; they would have shared the secret fact that Jin is still alive in Sun’s apartment.
