I, too, wonder if there was truly a catastrophe on the island or if they left by choice and are protecting those back on the island. They have definitely agreed (with Oceanic) to keep something secret…

Great roundup of the good and the strange of last night’s episode. Just like “oh amanda”, I’m also wondering if the Oceanic 6 are just those that chose to get off the island for one reason or another – or are truly the survivors of some sort of catastrophe.

It would seem a very dark ending indeed if the entire set of characters dies and Jack, Kate, Sayid, Hurley, Aaron, and Sun are all that will remain at the end of the series. Would Sun have taken Hurley to a tombstone though? It seems like if they both knew Jin were still alive, they wouldn’t have gone to a tombstone to grieve; they would have shared the secret fact that Jin is still alive in Sun’s apartment.

Good rundown. We had lots of the same thoughts. The more I think about it, the more I think Jin is alive on the island (Sun wants her ring, she calls for him, the tombstone date, she says she misses him). I think the Oceanic 6 did something terrible on the Island and now Jin is one of them left behind.

I know this was 2 weeks ago now, but I’m kind wondering if Ben’s spy could be Walts Dad? Is that why he let them go.. only if they would be a spy later on? It’s just weird you never hear about them anymore. I was always thinking they would end up coming back… so far I’m wrong there.

I kinda liked Sawyer’s line, ” and to think I was going to get a good night’s sleep.”

But I saw both his “liners” (the other being “Doing what I always do, Kate…) in previews. Was disappointed there wasn’t more.

I think this is the best show in the world, You guys &gals touch so many people . My wife and my five little girls and I watch this show every week and tears come to my eyes and theirs, We always wish it would be my mom (grandma) on the show, She has nothing and I mean nothing, She lives in a milk house W/a little kerosene heater to keep warm, Her bathroom is a five galon bucket. I don’t want you to help her because she will not let you, She says their are other people that need help more than her. It just touches us to see people that need help getting it because we know what it is like. To watch people go without like my mom is terrable
